Our Committee

A group of All Ireland Scholars forms the AIS Alumni Association Committee, meeting monthly to develop and implement a wide range of initiatives for fellow recipients of the All Ireland Scholarship. The committee operates through three dedicated subgroups — Engagement, Outreach, and Events — each focused on creating meaningful opportunities for connection and growth within the Scholar community.

Throughout the year, the Committee runs a variety of programmes and events, including a creative writing competition, a mentorship programme, networking initiatives, social events, and a quarterly newsletter.

Calendar highlights include annual Christmas and Summer events, which provide Scholars with valuable opportunities to connect, celebrate, and strengthen their shared network. We held our inaugural AGM in February 2025 which included the signing of our constitution and appointment of Treasurer (Paddy Falvey) and Secretary (Marta Geszczak), chaired by Colette Scariff-Lalor.
