Welcome All Ireland Scholars

The All Ireland Scholarships, established by JP McManus in 2008, provide financial support to gifted students pursuing third-level education. Each year, 125 scholarships are awarded across the 32 counties of Ireland.

In 2017, the All Ireland Scholarships Alumni Association was founded “To enhance the personal and career development of past and present holders of the All Ireland Scholarship through the establishment of a network of members who will contribute time, talent and treasure to create a more just and equitable society.”

Once you receive the All Ireland Scholarship, you become an All Ireland Scholar for life. Our scholars come from a wide range of backgrounds, each forging their own path—whether in professional careers or continued academic pursuits.

To be part of an educated, supportive, and diverse community is not just something to be grateful for but also, something to be proud of. It is a reflection of what is possible when inclusion is prioritised, when access is equal, and when people are given the opportunity to grow and thrive together.

Now is the time to acknowledge the generosity, support, and kindness that carried us through our education and extend that same generosity to others. We hope that you will get involved in our efforts.
